2001 Blackstone Headwaters Coalition Incorporates and receives 501c3 charitable status.
2002 Middle river survey and clean up; advocate beaver brook daylighting.

2003 water quality monitoring with a quality assurance project plan; Earth day clean up at Coes Reservoir; Flow gages on a dozen headwaters streams.
2004 Middle river clean up; DEP action plan; Fisherville community charette; citizens school at East Middle School. 
2005 Salisbury pond 319 grant; Blackstone River expedition; Bio engineering at Fisherville; Poor Farm Brook shore line survey.
2006 Coes damn repair; Geese Peace with the City Board of Health; Launch in Business for the Blackstone.
2007 Leesville Damn improvements; Worcester stormwater permit; Salisbury Hill erosion; EPA Grant for eco machine at Fisherville. 
2008 Beaver Brook tours; Coes Pond shore line survey.
2009 Lincoln Plaza erosion and Clark GIS partnership for Broad Meadow Brook phosphorous loading.
2010 Rain Gardens to the Rescue.
2011 Millbury electric damn removal study; Green Hill Pond outlet's modified; Worcester Youth Center rain garden and workshop.
2012 Clark University Rain Garden.
